Chua Kasm is a form of deep tissue bodywork, either a self-massage or one given by a masseur, evolving the body to its highest degree of sensitivity and awareness. Our life experiences create networks of muscular tension (pain) that we remember as fears. Working the tissues with precise hand and finger positions and a stick called a ka, we transmit energy (chi) to the bone, removing the tension. Two-day self-massage group training.

Commedia dell'Arte. Based on a technique used by Teatro Punto of Spain, this form of Commedia does not seek to reproduce traditional Commedia dell'Arte. It does not require any previous Commedia experience but does require the utmost focus.

The theater, bringing impersonal masks to life, is only for those who are virile enough to create new life: either as a conflict of passions subtler than those we already know, or as a complete new character. - Alfred Jarry
