• Use of Piccolatté's space (tables and chairs--not including the register)

Small Parties (1 - 7 people)
If it's a birthday, Piccolo wants to help you celebrate no matter what your party size. If you and/or child plan on hosting a smaller party (1-7 people), you are still eligible for The Piccolo Panto Party. All of the regulations still apply, except for the cost of the tickets.

• Adult/Regular Ticket - $25
• Senior (65+) - $22
• Student (w/full time ID) - $15
• Child (10 and under) - $10
• Use of Cafe after show $10/per person

Ordering a Piccolo Panto Party

• Can reserve Friday night performances, Saturday night performances (Saturday Matinees are not included), or Sunday Matinees
• Payment must be made in full at time of reservation
• Must provide a list of the members in their party at least 48 hours before show
• Must sign and abide by the Piccolo Panto Party Regulations listed below

• Entire party must be paid for upfront when reserving tickets with the Box Office
• A list with the names of all the members coming to the performance must be provided within 48 hours of showtime.---This list should include any special seating that is needed (wheelchair, walker, etc…)
• ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE AND BE CHECKED IN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO HOUSE OPENING…i.e. Friday parties must be checked in by 7:00PM, Saturday parties must be checked in by 7:00PM, and Sunday parties must be checked in 2:30PM
• If a member of the party arrives AFTER the 15 minute call time, but BEFORE the start of the performance they risk losing their reserved seat and must be placed in the audience at the House Manager’s discretion
• If a member of the party arrives AFTER the start of the performance or (AFTER the “5 minutes to performance” release time) their tickets will be released to the general public and a refund will NOT be provided… i.e. this goes into effect on Fridays at 7:25PM, Saturdays 7:25PM, and Sundays 2:55PM
• LATE party members will only be allowed access into the Piccolo facilities after the performance is completed and the post-performance party in the café begins. However, if the show has not sold out and seats remain open, the late party members must wait until intermission to be allowed entry and must be seated at the discretion of the House Manager
• After the performance, the party is allowed the use of the Piccolatté space (not including the register) for up to (and not exceeding) 1hour and 30 minutes after the performance ends
• Parties must provide their own food and drink (non-alcoholic)
• Parties must provide their own eating utensils (plates, forks, knives, etc…)
• Parties are NOT allowed the use of the microwave, toaster, or any other appliance located by the register
• Parties must serve themselves and clean up after themselves
• When cleaning up the café space, the party is to use the designated trash receptacle and must throw ALL left over food or drink away
• Piccolo is given the permission to use any material taken during The Piccolo Panto Party (photos, videos, quotes, etc..)to use as future marketing and publicity material for Piccolo Theatre (Facebook, Twitter, Web, Newsletters, etc...)
