Berner Taylor
Artistic Associate
Berner Taylor is a recent graduate from the College of Santa Fe where she holds a BFA in Theatre.
Her first appearance at Piccolo was as a deck swabber named Pearl in 2009's Rough Crossing. From there, she went on as Andromeda in that year's Panto, Perseus & Medusa. Then she played the title role in the next Panto, Robin Hood. Shortly after, she was asked to be an Associate Ensemble Member at Piccolo, which she gladly accepted.
She always remarks that she's never has she worked alongside such a group of talented, supportive and hilarious people and she can't wait to contribute to what the company has in store next!
Her most recent role with Piccolo was Stenterello in A Servant of Two Masters. Some of her other favorite roles include, Helen in Christopher Durang's Baby with the Bathwater, Haleluiah Lil in Bertolt Brecht's Happy End, and Meg in Crimes of the Heart.
